About

“Il Corso” (The Path) owes its namesake to the ancient Romans who used this 'course' as a cut-through from Florence to Perugia. The building dates back to 15th century and has been carefully restored and improved along the way since it's original inhabitants - the weary cattle.

We are a British couple who fell in love with Villa il Corso and its surroundings; be it the nature, towns, people or the house itself. The house is completely at one with it's own environment and feeling part of it is very gratifying. A stay at Villa il Corso can be spent in complete peace and tranquility, or laden with outdoor activities, there is so much to do and see and we feel it caters to all.
